Key Responsibilities

• Offer financing options and insurance products to customers, ensuring they understand and feel confident about their purchase.
• Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Maximize dealership profitability through sales of finance and insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall car-buying experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of financing and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
