Express Lube Manager - Dwayne Lane's Arlington Chevrolet
Our dealership has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Express Lube Manager. The Manager directs and coordinates activities concerned with service of client vehicles in our Express Lanes.
Tuesday - Saturday / 7:30 - 4:00
Hourly plus commissions / Bonus available!
Responsibilities
Communicates daily with each Lube Tech to stay abreast of potential service issues and status of clients
Trains service employees in the skills necessary in performance of their duties
Works with Service Director to set sales and gross objectives
Recruits, interviews, and trains new employees in cooperation with HR
Maintains daily sales and production records as prescribed by dealership management
Remains current on product changes and new products
Assures the proper repair order flow for maximum productivity
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Administrates payroll for the service members in cooperation with payroll, securing approval from the Service Director and the General Manager of the dealership
Enforces OSHA requirements, procedures, and regulations
Conducts performance evaluations
Participates in operational planning
Maintains the facility and equipment, providing for repairs and maintenance where necessary
Conducts weekly department meetings Attends weekly manager meetings
