ob Requirements:

Stable Auto Mechanic work history: minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification always a plus
Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems.
EV and/or brand experience preferred.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and have a valid driver license.
Auto Technician Responsibilities:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Accurately diagnose cause of malfunction in a timely manner.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clock procedures.
Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical matter.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner.
Ensure the customer’s vehicle is returned to them as clean as it was prior to service.
Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
Maintain manufacturer training certifications and pursue ongoing training.

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years experience. We are excited to bring in an A level technician to really help nuture growth and productivity in our shop. Pay is dependant on experience with an open door policy to have that conversation throughout your employement.

Responsibilities:

Establishing personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devising strategies to meet those goals.
Maintaining product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory; understanding vehicle features and describing their benefit to customers.
Demonstrating automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; participating in test drives, comparing competitive models, explaining warranties and services.
Prospecting and following up daily for potential customers. Maintaining consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
Learning to overcome objections, asking for the sale, negotiating the sale, completing lease and purchase agreements, explaining warranties, services, and other dealership products.
Following dealership safety policies and procedures.

Previous experience as an automobile salesperson.

As a barista you will be responsible for:

Cleaning and maintaining espresso machines, blenders, and other drink equipment.
Stocking food and beverage coolers.
Monitoring dry and cold foods expiration date.
Operate POS system to check out customers and provide change.
Maintain stock and inventory needs on spreadsheets.
Provide positive customer service to both guests and employees.
Follow recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation to meet quality standards.
Communicate with Cafe manager providing customer feedback to better stock popular items.
