Job Responsibilities

Perform multipoint inspections
Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand- or compressed-air powered grease guns
Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles
Check tire pressure
Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
Add water to radiator and battery
Replace oil and air filters
Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals

Qualifications

Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
Prior experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate an automobile
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

We are looking for driven, customer-focused individuals who want to build a rewarding and dynamic career in the automotive industry. Our ideal Sales Manager candidate would have years of dealership experience as well as sales management or finance experience.

Oversee the acquisition and management of vehicle inventory, ensuring they are properly priced, merchandised and displayed
Oversee reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are ready for sale in a time and cost-efficient manner.
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
Ensure all sales practices adhere to legal standards and company policies, including proper documentation and disclosures.
Recruit, train, and help manage the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
Assist in trade appraisals and valuing of all acquisition opportunities.
Manage all steps of the sale process including but not limited to desking deals, monitoring CRM communications, and submitting deals.
Source inventory from various different sources to help maintain Used Car Inventory at desired days supply and inventory mix.
Promote a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process by addressing concerns and resolving issues should they arise.
Qualifications

Finance or Sales Manager at a dealership experience required
In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, market trends and inventory management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiar with dealership management systems and other relevant software
Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Quality customer service and communication skills
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Ford Service Technician

We are excited to bring in an A level technician to really help nuture growth and productivity in our shop. Job Requirements:

Stable Auto Mechanic work history: minimum of 4 years of experience required.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification always a plus
Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems.
EV and/or Korean brand experience preferred.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and have a valid driver license.
Auto Technician Responsibilities:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Accurately diagnose cause of malfunction in a timely manner.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clock procedures.
Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical matter.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner.
Ensure the customer’s vehicle is returned to them as clean as it was prior to service.
Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
Maintain manufacturer training certifications and pursue ongoing training.
